I teach meditation techniques that work with the new energies continually flowing in, and I'm the author of four books, "A Spiritual Approach to Prosperity", "Meditation: Opening Doorways On A New Reality", "Neutralising Negativity" and "Your Spiritual Awakening and the New Dawn For Humanity".
I live in South Wales in the United Kingdom with the rest of my family. I have been practising and learning about meditation since the mid-nineteen eighties.
I was born in a small town, Chesterfield in Derbyshire and grew up there. I loved going into the nearby Peak District. I had no inkling of spiritual matters. I liked sport, partying and music.
After univeristy in Bristol studying Chemistry I moved to London, learned about teaching and taught Science there, and enjoyed the nightlife and culture. Due to a couple of crises, I developed an awareness of spirituality, and changed my lifestyle. I learned about meditation and creative visualisation which I used in teaching to help the students deal with stress and also to visualize science concepts such as the water cycle, and journey of a blood cell. I used breathing techniques as a therapist, at one point working with recovering drug users, gave clairvoyant readings and gave workshops about developing intuition.
Years later, I moved to South Wales: great countryside, great beaches, and great people.
I enjoy writing and communicating. As a child and teenager I liked to read science fiction and science books. At university I enjoyed reading some classical as well as new literature, and started to practise writing because I enjoyed it.
I like to write about spiritual matters. Meditations come to me spontaneously so I can speak them out or write them up. Coaching or teaching meditation techniques is also something I really enjoy, and I like to share the love and the light.
The abuse or attack can be physical. It can be emotional and mental. It can be from someone physically near us, or even by people that know about us if they are thinking or feeling or speaking negatively about us, because negative energy travels over the airwaves. Things can get particularly bad online, through social media.
There are even some people who have specialized knowledge of how to project negative energy at others because they want to harm them or affect their life.
Fortunately at this time, there is a lot of new spiritual energy coming into the planet which can get rid of negative energy. This book shows you how to spot incoming negative energy. It shows you how to access and use the incoming new energy to deal with any negative energy. This book shows you how to deal in a positive way with whoever is sending it. It also shows you how to protect yourself from negative energy, so you can maintain a positive energy around you which can contribute to your wellbeing and happiness.
This book came about in order to help others deal with negative energy, particularly in these febrile and emotionally volatile times, where people are quick to insult, abuse and criticize in everyday life and particularly online.
In energy terms, negative energy impacts on a person’s astral body and into their chakras, and can be felt as physical sensations. If it can impact the chakras, it can then impact a person’s physical health, and mental wellbeing. So being able to handle negative energy in a healthy way (rather than drinking alcohol or taking drugs to numb out) is a useful ability to develop.
I was aware of energy from an early age, and felt negative energy in my solar plexus very easily. It was only when I was twenty seven that it was pointed out to me that my solar plexus centre was wide open and so was letting in too much energy. I soon learnt to close my centres and clear my aura, and this is something I still do.
Learning T’ai chi helped me to become aware of energy and I could feel it moving through my body, and I could sense it being washed and projected out by other people as well as myself.
A step further on from T’ai Chi, I learned to do healing work using energy. This also involved being able to safely release any negative energy from clients.
Giving Tarot and then psychic readings taught me a lot about energy, as the reading brought through a lot of positive energy which was used to go through the client’s energy. This at times involved releasing a lot of negative energy that had to not be absorbed by me, but instead had to be released safely.
More learning about astral and mental energy taught me about transmuting negative energy, while keeping happy and smiling. I also learned to handle negative energy sent by people with a developed occult ability to work with negative energy, and to respond with a more transformative energy with a lot of love and light behind it.
My outlook on life is generally loving and smiling, thinking the best for humanity. There are times I am on the receiving end of negativity, so I take it up or give it to God, and then with a view to sending healing light to the situation and person, I respond using techniques to do that. They work a treat. I get to maintain a good energy state, and my inner calm (if you want to learn meditation, read the book Meditations: Opening Doorways On A New Reality ).
A spiritual awakening can be a shock to the system. It can have an emotional impact and throw up so many questions such as:
If what I used to believe isn’t actually true, what is? My old beliefs have gone, what can I believe? How does life work if the old way isn’t actually real? What do I do with these emotions and thoughts? What do I do with feeling depressed? What do I do in my life now? What can I do about feeling sensitive around other people and about energy? What am I? Who am I? How do I meditate? What information do I need and where do I find it? People think I’m crazy when I tell them what I think. What should I do? I feel alone now, what can I do about it? And so on.
In this book you will find some answers, clues and directions, to help you navigate your awakening, your transformation, and have a wonderful adventure.
There is a huge amount of spiritual light and energy flowing into the world right now. This is flowing in to bring about total change in our souls, our personalities, our minds, our hearts and our bodies, and in all aspects of our lives, and in the world and Universe.
The meditations in this book are for those people who want to surf the incoming waves of spiritual energy, be on a better, light-filled timeline, and stay grounded, balanced and focused. Total change is happening, and will happen. These meditations can help you flow with the changes and appreciate them.
You can use the meditations in the book to relax, find peace, develop self-esteem, and a positive body-image, experience more love in your heart and navigate through Life with your intuition. You can also go into your inner space and discover more of your spiritual nature.
