They are gentle on my pots and pans and show no signs of warping from heat, although I haven't had them all that long.
Some warning about the elevate feature: It works, keeping the business end of the utensil off the countertops, which is a huge plus for food safety. However, they will still drip sauce/grease onto your counter, so laying a paper towel over your working surface is a good idea. Also, if you have a utensil covered in a very thick sauce, it may be heavy enough to counterweight the handle and flop onto the counter. You'll need to shake off a good portion of the sauce before setting the utensil down.
Update: Four years later, I'm still using these daily. There's some obvious wear and tear, but nothing that's brought them past the point of usability. I brought a few items from the set on a camping trip, and the elevate feature was pretty useful when trying to cook over a campfire with no food safe surface to lay my tools on. A rock was good enough.
First, the handles are weighted. If you attempt to leave the utensil on the side of the pan, it may do a somersault out of your pan onto the floor taking with it whatever you may be cooking. You can avoid this through a change of habit in use of these utensils as compared to traditional utensils.
Second caveat, the spaghetti utensil. The combination of the oversized drain hole in the center and the widely spaced teeth make it hard to retrieve any standard size spaghetti from a pan. The spaghetti simply slips through the hole or off the tines. I had to revert to my standby spaghetti utensil.
Third and finally, currently you cannot buy the carousel holder separately. So you may wish to consider the set which comes with the carousel. I did not realize this and was trying to save the extra $10. Instead, I went to the hardware store and purchased a set of clear suction cups with hooks which I attached to the back of my stove counter (mine it tile) and that works very well for me.
Other than these three considerations, a fine set which is also aesthetically pleasing.
The "elevate" feature is very simple, and very effective! No more dirty counter tops from putting your spoon down.
I would definitely recommend these.

Love the look and how it sits up so that it doesn't touch the surface. However the spatula melted right away on the first use. It's heat resistant but I guess not enough. Read morePublished 11 days ago by Richard Martin
These look neat, but don't hold up well. Within only a few weeks of owning them, handles started to wobble (on 2 of them) and could slide off when pulled gently. Read morePublished 21 days ago by Just Some Listener

Awesome utensils! Love how firm the handles are so there's no bending when stirring a thick pot of stew or turning a heavy roast in a pot.Published 1 month ago by jcj
