Where has this been all my life? My spouse works with people from across the country and one of his work buddies brought this sauce to work. He loved it so much that he ordered this 3-pack for us, his family, and my family. It was a hit with everyone! Within two days we had already used half a bottle. I love mixing it mayo and putting it on sandwiches. Others love to drizzle it over their food. The taste is fantastic and the ingredient list is impressive! We have many family members with serious food allergies but this sauce is safe for them too. I think the spicy level is perfect; it has some kick but tolerable. My dad grows habaneros, jalapenos, and chili peppers in the garden so I'm excited to get him the other flavors from Yellowbird. I recommend giving this sauce a try!

Ummm wow, where to begin. This stuff is delicious. I'm hooked. I was an occasional hot sauce consumer previously. Now, I put Yellowbird on almost everything. Serrano is my favorite since I can't handle tons of spice like Ghost Pepper. I also enjoy the Jalapeno flavor. This goes great on eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled chicken, pot roast, pizza, tacos, etc, etc. Also, I love the clean ingredient list. I was shocked recently when I read the ingredient list on a Hoy Fung Sriracha bottle. Couldn't pronounce the names of half the ingredients. I landed on Yellowbird after some hot sauce exploration. It was by far the best hot sauce during my sampling. Flavorful and the right level of spice. I highly recommend this stuff. You'll be happy you tried it.

This sauce is delicious. Tried it on a boiled egg at first then soon a sip straight from the bottle. The burn is nice but doesn't last long. Its a good smokey/savory sauce. You can really taste the pablanos in it. It has a good amount of salt. If it had just a had bit more garlic and lime it would be perfect (for my taste). I love how the bottle is easy to squeeze, too. I would definitely buy it again.
