This one is yet another one of the wonderful action/adventure, sciencefiction, fantasy, romances that I've come to love so much from GuyStanton III. I've been enjoying Guy's books so much that it took a while to realize what he has done. He has filled that need formerly filled by the heathen, evolutionist Clive Cussler, Jack de Brul, and the rest. It took a while to realize the differences and why they must be there.Series like these by Christians are much more difficult to pull off.
How does Christian Action/Adventure, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance differ from the heathen offerings?
In a couple of words, marriage and righteousness. Guy Stanton III has figured out how to do it for Christians.
He develops a world and a scenario where heroes are desperately needed.
Each book has a new hero or heroine who saves the day and meets hislife-long mate in the process. The marriages which result are lusty, fun, intensely loving.
Violence and killing are in self-defense or to protect his or her mate once the hero and heroine meets the Lord. Enemies are forgiven and offered a chance to repent.
There is a Christian reality to Guy's books which is wonderful. Christiandaily living is joyous, marked by faith events, and filled withspiritual power from the Lord.
