About the Author
Judy Handwerker is a committed Christian who ardently loves the Word of God. In her walk with the Lord, she has served in the local church as a teacher, elder and Praise dance minister. She has taught praise and worship dance to children, teenagers and adults. She continues to minister in "Prophetic Worship" dance throughout the local tri-state area (NY/CT/NJ). She is also a Certified Personal trainer who is the owner of Judy Global Wholeness, LLC with its subsidiaries Kidsfit, Fitness with the Edge, and the licensee of the National Physical Education curriculum KID-FIT for Preschoolers. Judy's lifelong mission is to help individuals become fit and healthy through her businesses. Joy to Go: The Elixir of Champions, a devotional on joy, is her first book. Judy lives in Connecticut with her husband, Ken.
