F. Russell Crites, Jr., has been in private practice for over thirty years. He has worked with multiple psychiatric hospitals, worked in codependency units, helped run a Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, worked for the public schools, and consulted with psychiatric hospitals, businesses and public schools. He holds licenses as a professional counselor (LPC), a specialist in school psychology (LSSP), a marriage and family therapist (LMFT), is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), is a Certified Fellow in Clinical Hypnotherapy (NBCCH), is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and has many other certifications. Over the years he has spoken in many local, state, regional and national conferences regarding Dysfunctional Family, Codependency, Adult Child Issues, Drug and Alcohol Issues, Marriage and Family, Parenting, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and more. Russ has also provided staff development training for multiple school districts and other agencies. He is the founder and director of Crites Psycho-educational Consultants. Russ completed a B.S. in psychology with a minor in Bible and a M.S. in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Abilene Christian University.
