There is a 14 year old boy desperately in need of a home and love and he steals her heart. This story brings them all together. I really liked it for that reason. The story was about them, their emotions, their coming together. There was no bad guy, no villain, etc. Just their story. In a couple of places, it brings tears to your eyes, lots of places you laugh out loud. It was a great read, very entertaining and I really, really enjoyed it. I recommend it, you will be glad you tried it.
They make a family?
Kinley Taylor is a Free Spirit who loves the simple things in life. She's a caring woman who loves being Spontaneous.
Lincoln McCord (Linc) is a Straight Forward, stay inside the lines, cross all of your T's and dot all of your I's kind of guy. Linc doesn't like change and Kinley and her fly by the seat of your pants attitude is driving him crazy.
Linc doesn't do falling in love and Kinley plans to fall in love with as many things as she can.
This is a great book, I highly recommend it.
I liked the story and the ranch setting, though the author had a tendency to dump huge amounts of information during the sections from his POV instead of just letting us learn about him naturally.
Recommended for fans of modern cowboy romances, "opposites attract" romances, or emotionally guarded men learning to love.
