I hesitated to make this purchase based on poor reviews, but chose to try them out since sometimes I need a portable lunch vs my usual heating up the previous night's leftovers.

1. Yes, they're expensive. However, I don't use them daily, so it's not a big deal. It's still cheaper than eating out.
2. They're naturally preserved (it's just dried coconut), so if it takes me a month to go through them, it's not a big deal.
3. For those who complained that they taste like coconut.... seriously?!?! Did you not read that they are MADE from coconut?!?! It's not an overwhelming coconut-y flavor, but it's there. Choose your fillings accordingly (it was a weird combo when I used them as a tortilla for tacos, but surprisingly not bad with tuna fish, they're fabulous as a wrap for a cold sandwich or with any Thai/Indian filling). IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. Use your brain.
4. They're quite thin, but very pliable and sturdy. I thought for sure they'd split open the first couple times because I wrapped the contents quite tightly, but they held up.
5. Texture - a little papery, but.... that's right.... it's not a big deal! If you want the taste/texture of traditional wheat wraps, this isn't the choice for you. I chose them because I made the choice to go Paleo. I promise, nobody held a gun to my head and said I must eat these and not the traditional wraps. People, this is a CHOICE. You're not going to find something that tastes/feels/smells exactly like your beloved wheat wraps - get over it or go back to your old ways of eating, just don't write a negative review of this product because you miss wheat. Guess what? I miss brownies, but am I writing a negative review on Larabars because they don't taste like brownies???
6. My package came completely intact w/o any crumbling of wraps (a few people previously complained of such)
7. Would I buy them again? Absolutely!

Pretty bomb. I'm a Southern California guy, so I know tacos. Wrap up some carne asada, guac and use these bad boys. Boom paleo asada. They taste like coconut but well that's what they are made of. Over all, great!

I don't care for the Paleo marketing, but I do care for a delicious wrap without a bunch of weird ingredients. I don't usually have good experiences with 'low carb' or 'gluten free' products, as they're typically filled with a bunch of crazy science-ingredients. But these wraps claim to simply be dehydrated, organic coconut meat. I've only had two so far, but they made for incredibly tasty wraps that were stuffed full of both 'wet' and 'dry' ingredients-- with no breaking. Only minor complaint is the price, just a little steep, but they're definitely not a rip off.

I like the taste, but mine are all broken in pieces so it's very difficult to eat anything with it.

We use these to make fruit burritos with the kids. Spread a small square of nut butter or fruit preserves in the center, leaving a 1&1/2" edge on all sides. Thinly sliced apples, sliced strawberries, peaches, whatever is in season goes inside. (Personal favorite is raw almond butter, sliced apple and a dusting of cinnamon and maple sugar. )

Wrap it up and squeeze gently to ensure a good closure. Let it sit for 2 minutes. The wrap will change in texture for the better.

Enjoy!

I would have never in a million years purchased these. I'm not paleo and based on the description they look disgusting -- um I don't want anything to do with coconut in my tortillas. But I went to a cooking class a few weeks ago and she made veggie fajitas using these and I fell in love!! So much so that I went to the store the next day and bought 3 packs. The KEY is that you need to heat them in your skillet on medium temp until they are slightly brown all over. This makes them taste much much better and makes them more sturdy as well. I don't think they taste nearly as good if they are not heated up. These wraps stuffed with some veggies, black beans, rice, avocado and sour cream is one of my all time favorite meals, and I am one of the most picky eaters you will ever come across. They sell these at my local health food store and they are almost always sold out so now I am going to buy them on amazon. Do yourself a favor and try these!!!!

I do wonder who tasted these and thought they were good? The idea is great! They wrap pretty nicely. I love coconut but the flavor is quite strong that doesn't pair well with much and the texture is just off. I am determined to find a use for them though. So far I have tried a quesadilla and breakfast wrap and both left me wishing I hadn't. E for effort but I can't imagine real people actually like these. Stick with lettuce wraps.

I have to admit that I was nervous to order them due to the mixed reviews, but being on a lowcarb/keto diet I'm constantly trying new things. These wraps arrived in perfect condition and were amazing. I didn't get a sweet taste like most people are sharing in their reviews. The wraps are very thin, but did not brake or crumble when I filled them with the contents. In my attached picture I did a crab cake wrap and it was great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be placing another order. Wish they weren't so expensive but until I'm able to find them locally or on another trusted site for less, I'll be placing my order thru Amazon. Next up, I'll try the other flavor
