About the Author

Hello friends! My name is Grace Valentine (yes, like the holiday), and I am a Louisiana raised, Orlando living, Baylor University grad! I graduate from Baylor May of 2018 and am 22 years-old (cue T-Swift). I am an author, host the “I’m Tired Podcast”, a blogger, a speaker, but most importantly a FRIEND.

Now for the fun stuff….

I spend way to much of my time on social media, and drink way too much coke. In a perfect world I would just be mountain biking, hiking, and playing in the mountains all day in North Carolina. I love to listen to Taylor Swift, pretend I’m best friends with Sadie Robertson, and obsess over boys who have no idea I exist (wassup Zac Eforn and Tim Tebow). I like chocolate milkshakes and sushi, but for some reason don’t like coffee.  If I could travel anywhere it would be back to Kenya where I visited the summer after my junior year of high school. I’ve always wanted to ride an elephant, and when I was in kindergarden I told my teacher I wanted to be an ice cream truck driver when I grew up so I could go in the back and eat all the ice cream… some things haven’t changed. I talk too much, too loud, and too fast, but prefer to write. I like to write about Jesus, my mistakes, what I’ve learned, and dream of a world where no girl cries because she doesn’t feel good enough.
