A Kid's Review on March 12, 2006
Format: Paperback
I liked just stupid because it was extremely stupid. I kept laughing out loud. One of the stories was about a movie star and they had a food fight with her and her boyfriend. It was really freaky. Then they were taking out the trash and Andy found a baby carriage and he went for a ride but Danny accidentally let go and he was going for a ride down the street and up the highway. Andy does lots of stupid things. I would totally, absolutely, completely recommend this book.

I bought this just to see what these books are like. Frankly, this book is wonderful.

Oh, it really is "just stupid." It's also brilliant, and non-stop creative. In fact, the notes & illustrations scribbled in the margins may be the most enchanting part of the book.

It's told in the first person, very stream-of-consciousness, with comments and attitudes that will take you right back to childhood... in good ways, I think.

This is a silly, fun read for middle grades and slightly older. (Or, for those of us who never outgrew silly books, especially silly books with refreshing humor.)

My 11 year old daughter and I always read together at night before bedtime, and this book was one of our stories. We both laughed our way through it. The lead character in the book is so funny and always up to his eyeballs in mischief. He reminds me somewhat of Dennis the Menace. If you're looking for a book for a kid who isn't really into reading, this just might be the one. I highly recommend this book, and the others in the series, to all pre-teens.

A Kid's Review on October 14, 2009
Format: Paperback
I think " Just Stupid is an exciting book and it explained a lot of the details about the book. For example, when the boy had to go to the bathroom, that was hilarious. He could not go because no one would let him. I think this was the best book I ever read. It will keep you laughing. You won't have to even think about reading another book!

A Kid's Review on March 16, 2005
Format: Paperback
This book has nine different stories that are so funny there are 100,000 cartoons on the sides. The main kid is Andy and it is about his life and all the things that were bad about it. This book is so funny that they give it a rating- G for GOOFBALL.

It even his its own test to see if you will like it and ever time no matter what your score is, it tell you that "you will love this book." The best story is Bursting. Andy is in a supermarket and can not find a bathroom at all.

This is a good book and I think that you will like this book because all the stories are so fun. The other story I like is one of the best in this book Andy is in a baby carriage and go down a hill in a diaper and he is 12 years out.

I give these book two thumbs up and a laugh.

You should read all Andy Griffiths books they are so funny.

I gave this book last Christmas to a friends son. She was pleased that I gave him a book (actually two) as he needed to be reading more. He picked up this book and started reading it. He even was quoting it to his family or asking them to read funny parts. What is funny is other family members did read it, even Mom and Dad because once they picked it up it grabbed their attention and they have to read at least a section
