Fair warning...this book is not like her others.
To KC- I want to live inside your mind for a day, a week, a month, even a year. The emotions and the feels that you put into every character you write and every story you tell are tangible and all-consuming, and make your books that much better. I am in awe of your talent and very thankful that you choose to share this gift you have with us.
There are some scorching scenes and I do mean scorching that will set that kindle on fire. You will love Ryanne and Justice. I do not want to spoil anything by revealing something to specific. I want you to know though, that all of the emotions you will feel as you read this book will leave you feeling that you have just been privy to something that is at times hard, deplorable, gut wrenching, funny, beautiful and more, but also always real. I would be proud to be a member of the Creed Family and after you read Justice, I think you would be too. KC Lynn is one of my all time favorite authors and Justice is definitely just one of the reasons why. If this is your first book by her then you are blessed with an amazing book to begin your love of her writing. I encourage you to read everything she has written if you are able as her books are among my all time favorites and ones I enjoying re-reading often. (Fighting Temptation is where to begin and at the time of the writing of this review I believe it is free). One last thing I will say is to make sure you have time when you read Justice as it is a book you will not want to put down and one that will leave you with one doozy of a hangover.
Ryanne is a virgin at 18 and Justice takes her virginity. Okay, fine. But then they go six years without seeing each other and she is never with any other man. Pffft. Of course. It's never mentioned if Justice was with anyone else in their separation, but it leads me to believe that he was. Which is annoying. I can look passed it, but it still gets on my nerves.
The steaminess is definitely off the charts, but like I said, in an unrealistic weird way. I wasn't the biggest fan of Justice. I kinda thought he was a jerk. I didn't like the fact that when he got back into Ryanne's life he told her that she needed to quit her job, so he could take care of her. My reaction to that is, "Boy, bye. I've been fine without you." But Ryanne is not me and I am not Ryanne.
I did warm up to Justice as the story went on. Not my favorite hero, but I didn't hate him. Same goes for Ryanne. Not my favorite, but I didn't hate her.
Now on to Justice's relationship with his brothers. WHAT THEE F? It's never explained. I do not understand how ***SPOILER*** having orgy's with your brothers and/or having your brother's watch you have sex, is a way to escape demons? ****END SPOILER***
It's NEVER explained. I get it, the author doesn't want to give away the other two books, but it's left me like huhhhh? Do I even want to read the other ones, cuz that was F'ed.
This story is quite violent at times. And also *trigger warning*...there is some rape mentions and almost rape scenarios.
If you're looking for different and a little F'ed up, I say dive right in. If dark and/or strange is not for you, I would pass on this one.

From reading the first scene of this book, I knew I was going to fall hard for the Creed brothers, I mean, just seeing how they protect each other as kids literally ripped my heart right out of my chest & shredded it into a million pieces & set the emotional tone for the entire book.
The bond, the promise they lay down at that moment was fundamental to the men they become in so many ways. Loyalty, honour, protection, love ~ this is what they stand for, fight for, live for & i couldn’t help but fall a little deeper In love with each of them throughout this story, as not only did I get to see Justice in all his pained glory, but also got to see Brax & Knox & appreciate just how tight & unbreakable that bond is.
Justice & Ryanne are magnificent. He is the leader, the glue to that holds the brothers firm & I adored just how much & openly he loved them. Ryanne has tried her hardest to make a life away from the town that almost destroyed her, including the man that broke her heart, leaving behind a permanent reminder of a future she longed for but knew she could never have.
Their journey was filled with so much anger, hurt & regret for a past that can’t be changed, but then you see glimmers of hope & that allows you to feel past the bitterness & soak in the love, longing & yearning that these two beautiful people share. The battle lines may be drawn, but it’s a one they are both destined to loose. For the battle of the heart will only ever have one outcome when it comes to these two
Justice, omg this man is alpha to the core, but with a heart the size of a lion.. A killer, a brother, a son, but also a man who is scared to love. Ryanne is soft & innocent, a fighter when forced, but still pained by the guilt & regret from keeping a secret from the only man she ever loved.
Damn it’s hard not giving spoilers. I’ll say THAT scene was epic, Braxton & Knox carry scars on their souls I can’t wait to understand, Thatcher made my heart soar, little bit was mucho perfect, Justice & Ryanne left me breathless.
I have a feeling these boys are going to give my Men of Honor a run for their money in every single way. And that’s saying something. KC has lifted the bar so high with this one, a true testament to her writing ability.
6 stunning stars
That cover alone had me one clicking JUSTICE, but the story, I cannot tell you how engrossed I was with Justice and Ryanne's story.
Bossy Alpha, second chance romance, secret baby, hot brothers with a promise of more from the Creed brothers, K.C Lynn has me giddy just thinking about this series now that I have read JUSTICE.
Justice has a sad backstory, he's a young boy in foster care along with two of his two other friends, they look out for each other, protect each other, these friends later make an oath and became brothers when they finally flee the abuse of the Foster parents and the system and begin living on the streets until they are taken in by a guy who then becomes their father.
They all share one common denominator: pain.
The Creed brothers were something to behold in the school halls they were they type of guys every girl wanted to be with. The Creed brothers have a strong family bond and no-one stands in the name of their family.
"he flashes me a cocky smirk that does all sorts of things to my insides and walks away, leaving me standing alone like a lovesick fool. The man is beautifully infuriating".
Ryanne has a completely different upbringing to Justice, she is from a wealthy home with powerful connections within her town but she's also a product of wealth cannot buy you love scenario. Ryanne is also abused by her mother and there's more to that story the further along the plot goes. When Ryanne discovers she is pregnant she flees town afraid that her parents would make her abort the baby, she also flees not telling the father because of his play boy reputation.
"I grew up my whole life without anyone ever loving me and I’ll be damned if I marry a man who doesn’t either."
Ryanne and Justice's story picks up 6 years later when they are reunited.
"I always need him, his touch, his commanding ability to evoke things in me I’ve never felt, to deliver a mind-numbing pleasure only he can".
I loved it, I was captivated with it all, Justice is one bossy protective and swoon-worthy Alpha and I cannot wait for more in this series.
Told in first person dual pov.
Justice is the first instalment, there’s a sence of panic as soon as this story opens up. It’s Justice, Braxten and Knox, they only have each other until they meet Thatcher.
It’s a powerful story and beautifully written it deals with issues and messages that can’t fail to bring you to tears add Hannah to the mix who steals the show so many times... your heart melts.
It’s all about timing, everything Thatcher said was right , six years on and it was the right time for Justice and Ryanne they just had to realise and find their way back... Hannah helped with that.
Braxten is an open book but we know he has demons, as for Knox... he’s more closed off, sensitive and definitely got demons, your imagination runs wild wondering what’s to come.
Heartache, loyalty, secrets... it’s all there waiting to be told... Braxten next.
I love how Jaxson and Ryder we’re able to help out but that’s all thanks to this fabulous author... careful planing and thinking ahead knowing further down the line K.C. Lynn would be able to incorporate characters from previous stories into current ones, she’s done this before and it works well, it also makes you remember their stories too, I love it.!
Where to start with justice, you know how much I LOVE unlawful justice and for what that book stands for, but seriously this book has taken my emotions on another ride that I didn’t even think would come close as I felt reading unlawful...I was wrong. I’m sitting here crying for what that man (not justice) went through all for love and how much that still happens in today’s world. I don’t want to spoil this for anyone but KC you truly amaze me with how you bring us such strong stories but also that bond among characters that makes us believe in them, they are real to me their family and that sounds ridiculous I know but it’s the truth....
No wonder this man gave you trouble he is truly one of your best characters I love him and my heart is with his dad those men I can’t even. I cannot wait to read the next one they are just going to keep getting better and better, there’s no wonder your my favourite author ❤️
Congratulations on a breathtaking book one I couldn’t put down, not 5 stars......⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ need I say more?
(I may have screamed when a certain persons name was mentioned 😍)
JUSTICE WILL MELT YOUR UNDERWARE CLEAN OFF....no joke!
As always in K C books the male characters are very alpha and protective and once again this is the case I won’t say anything about our heroine Ryanne except that she is very likeable And I won’t say anything about the actual story either as I hate spoilers.
Download this book you won’t be disappointed.
