As an art teacher, I have purchased may felt shapes for young artists and these are my favorite! They are ready to use right out of the bag- no "punching out" shapes from a sheet that can tear or frustrate little ones. They are on the stiffer side which makes them easier for young people to glue and they did not make fuzz everywhere!

The quality is much better than expected as well - these don't shed, stretch out of shape, and they are not flimsy at all.
