This exact reproduction of the sword of the Clan MacLeod is crafted after the early pattern Scottish Claymore broadsword. This massive sword features a 38 1/2" stainless steel blade with mirror polish finish. The handle offers an intricately detailed cross-guard with the Clan name, a heavy pommel and a leather and wire wrapped hilt. This sword stretches 50 1/2" overall and belongs in every sword collection!

In this case, I guess you get what you pay for. First issue is the blade is not straight. This is not a bend, it is a design error as I have shown in my picture. When hung it clearly shows a curve in the blade. Second, the guard was loose and when it is tightened the guard will not sit square with one side higher than the other. Third, the wrap on the handle looks done last minute and the seam bulges higher at the guard creating a less than comfortable grip. If it weren't for the slight curve in the blade, this might be ok to hang but it is not. I will just end up using this for fun until it falls apart.
