I really like the fact that this tag reminds people that service dogs (and their owners) really are protected by federal laws. Too many times I have run into people in jobs where they really ought to know better who think that they have the right to impose the same restrictions on a well behaved, well trained service dog that they would apply to a rowdy, untrained pet. I am usually articulate enough and knowledgeable enough to convince storekeepers, motel clerks, restaurant people, bus drivers, and officials that their day will go a lot better if they follow federal laws and treat my service dog as a part of me. We can be asked to leave the premises only if we behave badly enough that another person behaving that way would typically be asked to leave. In essence, that is the law, and not some special favor that I am asking for. But too many people doing business with the public still think that letting service dogs accompany their owners is an unusual favor that they only have to allow if they feel like it.

I love this tag! I received it yesterday and it truly exceeded my expectations. The tag is listed as "small" but it is not tiny by any means. My dog has other tags so anything larger would be in the way and probably would not fit on her collar. It's clearly visible and I love that it's two-sided and on a swivel - the rest of her tags get twisted backwards no matter how much I try to keep them straight. The quality is very high - heavy enough to be durable but not too heavy. I loved it so much that I'm ordering a second one for my disabled veteran son who has a pit bull mix service dog. Even though his dog is bigger than mine the tag is not too small because he doesn't like "collar clutter" either. Thanks for such a great product!

The tag is small so even a small service dog can use it with ease.. It came in a big envelope that there was room for other stuff to put in it.. Came in a small bag inside that envelope as well.. It's cute for the size and hope that it fits on the collar of my medium size dog..
The writing on the tag is spot on and is on both sides so even if it flips while walking the tag still says what it is.. I would order this again if I needed too..

She is not a fan of tags. I clipped it to the top link of her harness. Photo may look yellowed but item is very shiny silver color.
