Very powerful mini PC
I've been using this mini PC for over 3 months now and it has exceeded all my expectations in gaming and as a media server. It boots up in seconds and everything from a web browser to a game opens up right away. I also use Plex on it and it has no problem transcoding a 4K video file. The Ryzen 7 CPU handles anything I throw at it and I have plenty of storage space with the 512GB drive. It has two RAM slots and comes with one 16GB stick and a free slot that I added another 16GB for 32GB of RAM to. The BIOS is open/unlocked and is extremely customizable and allows you to customize everything from voltage to what temp the fan kicks in. It is also quiet and temperatures have been good. I am overall very happy with my mini PC and expect it to be futureproof for at least a few years. Good value for a good PC.

I suspect this is simply a production issue and may not be true for all units. If you are comfortable using Windows recovery and setting up a new system you will not be disappointed with the outcome! The Passmark results are compared to all systems tested. Mid-range is more than reasonable at the price paid.

I love the price, the package and the general performance. Out of the box it had issues and required a refresh (Windows 11 reinstall using rescue/restore). Prior to that it would not work with Windows update and locked up a couple of times.
