update #1
first run at night, these lights are very, very bright, these are not the spots miond you but the driving lights which are for all intents and purposes just high beams, but the pattern is very well defined and you do not get that blurry action around the edges of the pattern like you do with normal halogens. being that it is a halogen there is none of the blueish tint which makes LED's so annoying to the eys, just friendly clean light.
after driving from Haneda back down to yokosuka my eyes felt less strained then normal, though my install and switching arrangement meant taht I had to manually shut off the driving when no useing highbeams. I thik that I might re-wire the relay's trigger to the high beams so that they shut off automatically whe the high beams are off.

I had to wait a while to install these as I had to make a bumper first, but once I did I was very impressed. while i realize that LED lights can be considerably brighter with less power drain, but there is just something "cool" about a set of old school KC daylighters mounted on the front of a truck that the LED ligths just do not have.
down to the nuts and bolts: the wireing kit has all needed components and easy to follow instructions to wire these up. please do pay attention on requirements for newer trucks as their electronics can be problematic if you do not follow the instructions.
