Notably, the HTB2 lacks both a Crossover Frequency Control and a Level Control. Since my Nakamichi AV-10 receiver has neither control for the subwoofer, the KUBE-2 is definitely the better choice for me.
The KUBE-2 produces nice deep bass, which is great for movies. It's not really the most "musical" of subs, but I find it more than good enough for music.
