    I was looking for a thin and sleek case and I found it! This case has a great fit for my iPad Air and the look of the Black Carbon is nice, not bland but not flashy. It has the magnetic cover that turns it off and on while also keeping the cover closed. All the cutouts for the camera, mic, headphones, etc. all line up nicely. I was taking a chance on this case and with the price as low as it was I was a bit worried about the quality, but it really seems to be made well. I really like this case a lot more than the last one I had from another company. I'm glad I decided on this one.

      My 2 year old KHOMO iPad Air case front cover had split open along the top, side and bottom. The case’s magnet was strong and may have contributed to the splitting. I researched many cases including the Khomo but was cautious about ordering another Khomo because some reviews mentioned problems like my original. So I replaced it with a competitor’s but the back side of the case’s top right corner broke off within a few weeks of normal use. I returned the damaged case and purchased a different case and that one wasn’t snug enough.. So I decided to order another Khomo. It’s been a week and I am very happy with it. It is a smart case as before and doesn’t have as strong a magnet. That’s a good thing. The back of the case wraps around the edges of the iPad just enough to protect the screen and the iPad from scratches and edge dents. The iPad fits snug in the case and it aligns correctly to all the openings, buttons, etc. The case is lightweight. The trifold works as it should and the rubberized poly-carbonate on the back of the case does provide a surer grip for handling.

      This is the 2nd khomo case of this style I have purchased; the first one was for my old ipad2. I think these are a great value and provide great protection in an extremely slim and streamlined design. My only star deduct was because (when compared with the full-size iPad case) this smaller Air case is not as stable when using it in 'stand' mode. My iPad has not fallen down, but it takes a few seconds to make sure you've folded it into a triangle properly so it stands up. This case does not hold the iPad as upright as my old one, but I think it's still fine. Overall great buy, very sturdy, highly recommend.

      This case is exactly what I wanted. I love it so much, I bought one for a friend and his iPad Air. Now he loves it.

      I hate carrying around bulky purses so I needed a cover that 1) protected my iPad Mini, 2) did not add bulk since I'm sacrificing some performance specifically for the small size, and 3) slide in and out of my purse with ease.

      This was not my first attempt at a cover/case. Other cases were too thick or the material grabbed at the lining of my purse so it was hard to slide in and out without a struggle. The official Apple smart cover was ALMOST perfect EXCEPT for the fact that, like I said, this iPad Mini would be spending a lot of time knocking around in my bag.

      I read the reviews, and saw complaints about the magnet issues. I have had NO issues whatsoever with the auto wake/sleep feature with this case. It acts EXACTLY like an expensive smart cover for half the price and it provides additional protection for the actual devise by encasing it a durable shell case.

      As for propping it up, it works just fine. No, it does not magnetize to the back because the magnet is not strong enough to attract the metallic backing through the case. Since I have a mini, weight is not a factor with this case's performance, so it props up just the way I want it to.

      My friend with the iPad Air, he loves it too. He returned his smart cover and I see him propping up his iPad all the time. His only complaint is that the over leaves it's own "fingerprint" on his screen that he has to wipe off. I have a screen protector on my iPad so I don't have this problem.

      I have had several iPad/cover combinations. I have to admit that I was skeptical when my son told me about these cases, and how reasonably they were priced. I trust him because he is in the computer business and a HUGE fan of Apple. He's had two of the covers for his preschool children's iPads and they are virtually indestructible. He's not afraid to pay more for a product that provides exceptional value, but that is not necessary with this cover. Improve it because it protects without bulk, it is well made and looks like a more expensive cover. If you purchase this cover, you will not be sorry. It's my favorite!

      Picked this up for my iPad Air. It's a decent case but has some flaws that has led me to have already ordered a different case. For one, it is difficult to make it stay stable in its tri-fold position because the material is incredibly stiff and because of it, it is extremely unstable. It MIGHT work if you are watching a video but if you plan on doing anything that requires you to blow breath at it then it'll likely fall down (over-exaggerating but it's close to that point). Two, there is no protection for the iPad Air on the inside of the case (for the screen or the back of the iPad). No soft material like microfiber lining or anything to protect the device while it's in the case. This means that the iPad could be prone to scratches on the screen and scuffs on the back.with no soft protection on the inside of the case. Not something you'd want if you want to protect your $500 investment.

      It has some good traits. It fits the iPad Air extremely well and the button/port/mic cutouts are practically flawless. The magnets for sleep/awake work well as well. Also, I think despite not having something soft to protect the tablet on the inside, it could provide adequate protection for a fall or two on the back (not as confident about the front of the device). However, the bad outweighs the good for me with the two flaws that I mentioned first.

      I thought I would give this case a shot considering how low the price is on it, and wow, am I ever glad I did! This case fits the Air like a glove and is very tight and low profile, exactly as I was hoping. The polyurathane material is the same as the case which I have for my phone which I actually quite like. It's nice and smooth while offering great grip. The cover on this case acts just as Apples smart case and both puts to sleep and wakes up your ipad as you lift and put down the cover. The folding covers' stand capabilities are just as you would expect them to be.

      In short, this case is essentially the same as Apples smart case which retails for over triple the price of the one I've got here. I was not exactly thrilled at the prospect of handing Apple yet another wad of cash to have a sleek and functional case to go with my new Ipad, and I'm very glad I held off to look elsewhere. Trust me, this is probably the case that you're looking for! I would highly recommend.
