Do not buy unless you have a push start button

When i first put on the key ring and steering wheel cover i was very satisfied. There is no issues with the steering wheel cover but many with the cheap key ring that comes with. A few hours after i had put the cover and ring on, i went to pull out of my driveway to go to work. When i put my car in reverse, i noticed very quickly the wheel would not turn and was very stubborn and would not budge. I thought this was very weird so i put my car in drive to pull it back into the driveway to go get my dad and when i pressed the gas the car was still going in reverse. I knew something was clearly wrong so i put the car in park and left it like that for a minute not knowing what to do. When i took the car out of park i put it in drive again but this time the breaks where not working. i Almost drove into my neighbors trash can but didn’t really feel like letting that happen so, i pulled my emergency break. By that time i had called my dad to come outside, and he pushed my car into my yard. My car sat for a few hours, in my yard and i was trying to figure out what could have possibly caused this considering that my car has never ever had any issues previous to this ever. I went outside to take off the key ring and when i did, i restarted my car and drove it around my neighborhood and it worked perfectly fine. The reason i am leaving a bad review is because this specific item was listed under 2009 Honda civic when i typed it in. If i would’ve left that 3 dollar ring on my car any longer it could have possibly caused thousands of dollars in damage.

This is the cutest driver’s wheel it’s not painful to drive with and the diamonds look so great especially in the sunlight. The driver’s wheel cover is hard to put it on it took me about ten minutes but I was more determined after reading the comments and seeing this is a common “issue.” Definitely not worth removal of a star because what quality driver’s wheel is easy to install.
