I placed this little gem at the entrance to my RV for knick-knacks such as pens, matches, batteries, bug spray etc. using command hooks. The size in the formal description is right on the money. I was a bit nervous because some the reviews reported the size as off but I think those reviews were for a different product and some how became intermingled with the reviews for this wall organizer. The inside pocket fabric is plastic, outside looks like burlap. The plastic creates some stiffness which holds pockets shape. Love it. Wish I had ordered 2.

I was looking for an inexpensive mail organizer I could hang in the kitchen and this fit the bill. I just simply hammered a nail in the wall and hung it. Fits any normal letter size mail (my small tablet also fit in the bottom section). Perfect neutral color.

Great for organizing an RV! I ordered 2 of these and put one in each bunk for my kids. I needed something small and made with fabric/canvas. It needed to have large enough pockets to hold things like their glass cases, small notebook, a kindle, and a few pencils. I hung it up with 2 medium Command hooks and added 2 of the Command Velcro strips at the bottom to prevent it from swinging while trailering. I like it so much, I'm buying one more for our entry to hold our sunglasses and campground paperwork.

They are quite small, the three top pockets can only hold something as big as a phone or a wallet,
the two bottom pockets can hold a small notebook or an 8" tablet.
The string is very weak though and if you're not careful about balancing the two sides, your stuff might fall off

The item that I chose (5 pockets-nature) matched the description in terms of size and color, and therefore meets my needs fine. Similar to another reviewer, I was confused about the bizarre plastic things that came with the organizer, but now understand that they're meant to be nails. I didn't buy this to go on a wall, so it's not relevant in my case, but I'm about 99% sure I'd choose another mounting mechanism were I to wall mount.

What annoys me to no end is that this seller has a half-dozen products, DIFFERENT products, under the same listing, so the information about each one is confusing and difficult to distinguish from information intended for the other products. For example, the product title is "Over the Door Magazine Storage Pockets, Wall Door Closet Hanging Storage bag organizer, (5 Pockets-Nature) [sic]." It's not an over-the-door organizer, won't hold standard-sized magazines in any universe, and the rest is kind of word salad. It DOES hang, have five pockets, and is a color one might describe as "natural." When you click on a different product, the only part of the product title that changes is the parenthetical. I checked. Also, there's another product also called "nature" that's a completely different color. Is that a photo error, different lighting, or are they really different colors? If so, why do they have the same name?

In addition to creating issues in terms of knowing what descriptors apply to what products, obviously reviews of these products are going to be of very limited value. You can't look at this and say, okay, the product gets 4.5 stars, or whatever. The best you can say is that the average review for these TEN DIFFERENT PRODUCTS is 4.32 (or whatever it is), and that may or may not reflect the reviews of the particular product I'm considering buying because all you can see is the average over all of the products. There's no way to separate out what you're looking at purchasing.

Now, I like what I got, but it was a complete crapshoot because of the nature of the listing, as you will see that experiences varied with other reviewers and the products they selected. If I were to buy again, I'd probably go someplace else where I could be more confident. On the other hand, if they have something you can't find elsewhere, at least they're shipped by Amazon so you can probably return with relative ease if something doesn't match its description.

I couldn't be happier with this item. It looks great on my dorm room wall and holds all my various chargers. I still have pockets left so I can add to it whenever I feel like it. I like that there are two bigger pockets on the bottom (I use them for my laptop charger and my 10 ft phone charger) and then smaller pockets on the top for smaller cords. The price is great and the quality is great. I would purchase this again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for cute and affordable yet sturdy storage.

Cute and functional. I have it hung on the outside of my bedroom door for mail (my roommates were putting it on the floor before this purchase). For this purpose it works great! Don't know how the pockets could hold magazines though... the pockets are much too small (luckily I don't subscribe to any). I just don't recommend hanging it as shown in the picture. Use two small hooks instead of one so that the string is rectangular instead of triangular. That stabilizes it perfectly.
