Reusable bags that are really reusable.

I have been using zip lock bags for long time but I never imagined reusing them. I always used to buy those gallon bags, sandwich bags and throw them away after each use which looked like throwing money straight into trash. When I searched for reusable bags, I found these ones and they are bpa free too. I thought of giving them a try and got these delivered. I have been using these for almost 2 weeks. I have used them to store cut vegetables, spinach, chillis, cottage cheese. So far they exceeded my expectations. The quality is great. They seal really well. I can say air tight. Would highly recommend these during this pandamic as most of us are buying stuff in bulk and want to store it safe so that it can stay fresh longer.

These are actually a very solid 'zipper' like press down seal. The size of them is spot on for store brand Z!ploc type bags. These are easily washable in the sink. Just pour in some water, a drop of dishsoap, seal the top, shake it up, rinse and set upside down to dry.
If you tend to throw away your bags after one use, these are for you. I use these for pantry storage items. Most baking products tend to go stale after they've been opened. These will keep my flours, nuts, dried fruit, grains, etc fresher longer.
These are a flat 'envelope' style of bag. There are no pleats. You can stuff them pretty full and still be able to seal them up. I put a family sized store pack of chicken thighs into one and froze them. After they defrosted, the bag didn't leak.

I’ve been searching for a replacement for single use plastic bags for sooo long and finally decided on these. I picked these because they offer the best variety of sizes and because there were so many included for one low price. This was a big selling point!
The bags come in three different sizes... I would compare them to Single use “snack” “Sandwich” and “gallon” sizes.
The bags are made of a thick material with really solid seals! I was surprised that I actually had to use some strength to get them open as the seal is so strong; however, they are incredibly easy to seal. The seals line up well and press closed with the swipe of a finger, unlike cheap single use bags.
I’ve used them to store dry foods mostly (nuts and seeds) but am planning to use them for organizing my suitcase for travel. They maintain their shape well so I expect them to really help me save space!
The bags are easy to clean and also easy to disinfect which is particularly important during a pandemic. They stand up well in the freezer, fridge, and cabinet and seem like a quality product that will endure lots of use.
I’d recommend these to anyone looking to make the switch from single use baggies. This kit gives you a nice assortment of sizes and plenty of bags to start out with.
They’re also really cute w the color coding! :) It feels good to be rid of the clutter of various boxes of single use baggies. These bags take up much less space. I’m also happy knowing that I’m taking steps to keep plastic bags out of our oceans and landfills.
