This was the third product I purchased from them for my now 11 year old grandson . The first one was fun to build but didn't stay together very will , but when I needed missing parts I was able to talk to a customer support person and they were very helpful and mailed out the parts we needed . The second roller coaster kit I got him was great , it was fun to build and is still staying together we didn't have any missing parts all was good . The third coaster I bought this last Christmas for him , The Bionic Blast Roller Coaster Building Set started out great and fun to build together and were getting near the end of assembly when we got to building the chain that turns two large wheel lift assemblies , I told my grandson no problem I'll contact customer service like I did on the first one and we will probably have the part in no time . But after about three weeks our coaster sets ideal still missing the chain link we need to add to the power chain and no one to talk to about it and no conformation from their customer support on-line department about the two requests for the part we need . My background was in retail , I was a purchaser for two departments and when I or one of my customers needed support from any of the company's I worked with they always were there with support and easy to communicate and deal with , so with this company I would have to give them an F in customer service and sadly not purchase anymore of their products . Looks like me and my grandson will have to do a MicGyver and use try using duck tape .

The majority of this set was great and fun to build. It took me about 10 hours to build, on and off over the course of 1 week. Although, there were some downsides. One of which was the instructions that weren't that clear and hard to understand because you had to follow pictures with no description. Another problem I faced was that I was missing some pieces but luckily got them and ended up completing the set. The last problem (which probably was the most frustrating) were some areas weren't working like they were supposed to so I had to reconstruct things a little to make the car run smoothly and keep it going around and around the track. Although it was a little frustrating at times, the work paid off! It looks so cool and works great! I would still recommend this to everyone because it was still fun to figure out how to fix things but keep in mind it does take a lot of thinking.
