Tik tok made me buy it. Had enough with scrubbing out sippy cups with old milk! Gave it 4 stars because our sink isn't deep enough to allow all 3 sections cups to adhere. I usually stand it straight up in the sink. It still doesnt suction fully but it works. I recommend twisting your cups clockwise otherwise it un-screws the scrub brush.

Customer service was great. My first one arrived broken. They refunded and shipped a new one and I had it within 2 days!
