It doesn't adjust to other lead sizes, like some lead holders do. I bought one to go with the marbelized leads that require one so there wasn't much of a choice.

It's not verry apparent on the preview photo, but the grip formation of the body is really great. It's painted metal, so it's not like you're touching anything fancy, but it feels great. Medium-light heft. Love this pencil. 5 stars.

Con: My only gripe is that the lead, once retracted into the body, slides to where the point sticks out. Almost cost a star in the review, but other drop leads have this drawback, so I'm not going to single this one out as a flaw.
