Customer Review: Works great for a low volume juicer!

I am updating my previous review. This is more about the customer service of the Koios company. I am still in love with my juicer but the other day I cracked the large cup that the juice goes into and inquired about purchasing a new one. I received an email telling me that they would be sending out a replacement at no cost to me. I thought, cool what a great company. They didn't even ask me how it happened and was it my fault which it was. Well, a couple of days later I get a very large package at my door and I'm thinking to myself, I haven't ordered anything large so what the heck. Well, you probably know where this is going, yes, Koios sent me a whole new juicer! I was sure this must be an error so I got on a live chat with the company and sure enough, it was not an error. I don't know how they are able to afford to do this and I really only wanted a new cup but they said they don't send out parts of the juicer. So, take it as you will, this company is working very hard to make their customers happy. I will probably donate the new juicer to someone, it can work without the cup just fine and if I knew this ahead of time I would have just told them to forget it. One reason I wanted the original cup is so that I can use the little part that keeps the foam from pouring into the glass when I transfer it. Seems pretty trivial but getting a new cup would have allowed me to continue to use the juicer as designed.I have added pictures and a video. Update on the celery juicing I refer to in my original review. It's working! I am noticing some changes such as gastritis is better, no more indigestion. Also, my hair and nails are thicker and my nails aren't peeling anymore. I feel more energized and like my mind is clearer. Please read my original review below:I love this juicer! It is simple to use and clean and it doesn't take up a lot of space on my kitchen counter. I originally purchased the juicer to start juicing celery. I have been learning all of the benefits of drinking celery juice every day. I am excited to move on to other fruits and veggies. It is too soon to know how my body is being affected but I am sure that I will see some changes. I don't have a condition, I just wanted to do something really good for myself.You should also know. I purchased the Koios juicer because my daughter first purchased a Mooka juicer which is the same one just a different name and she loves it.
