This cable was a lot thicker than I thought it would be before it came in. Considering the price, I was expecting something of a lower quality, but I was wrong. This cable is probably 4 times as thick as the one that came included in my Bose sound system, which is very impressive. The sound quality is identical to the one that was included, and even though it is a little thick, it is perfectly pliable. The contacts are solid too. I like that it’s thick because I would assume that helps with the insulation. You can’t go wrong with this cable if you’re in the market for a optical audio cable. The only area I see room for improvement is the material of the sleeve. A braided cable would be very nice, but again, this is a fantastic option on a budget.

Un cable más que excelente, chapado en oro que quita ruido y es importante en cualquier cable . Lo utilizo con un DAC de Fiio para conectarlo a una tv o blu ray Samsung y se escucha mucho mejor que con otro cable óptico que tenia. También se escucha mejor que con el ARC de la tv HD que tengo. Muy recomendable.

En general nunca me ha gustado mucho la conexión Toslink pues siempre he sentido un poco frágiles los conectores hembra en muchos aparatos. Eso no es culpa de este cable, y además por lo regular se usa para conectar aparatos que no se estarán conectando y desconectando. Conocerlo bien una sola vez, es suficiente.

Cable y conectores se ven de calidad. El anterior también era de muy buena marca, por lo que no noto ninguna diferencia en calidad de sonido, pero por este precio definitivamente lo recomiendo muchísimo.

This was maybe the problem why I did not get sound at all. My TV is a 50" smart and just came out in july 2020. My soundbar is a ART+SOUND 37" sound bar with a subwoofer and als brand new. I am very disappointed that it didn't work.
