I love a good chocolate snack. I love something that isn't too sweet but also not too bitter. This was the perfect combination.

Quality:
The first things I noticed about these is that they smell pretty good. After I tasted them, I would say this is more of a dark chocolate wafer but not too bitter. I did notice that it would break off pretty easily so it does get a little messy. However, this doesn't take away from the fact that they are pretty tasty.

Overall, solid product and I would recommend getting.

I was curious to test these amaranth wafers as amaranth is a fantastic superfood. I didn't locate many that were undamaged since the ones in my delivery were primarily crumbled and broken. The larger portions definitely look good with the amaranth grains covering the edge. The chocolate tastes more like a dark chocolate than the semi-sweet described on the ad, and these are far less sweet than I was anticipating. As I ate them, I noticed how brittle and flaky they were. Overall, they had a flavor that was unusual and rather different, but because they are heavy for essentially a snack meal, I doubt I will buy them again.
