HOWEVER, such a great distance also gives a lot more sag than I was expecting. I ended up using a downed branch to scootch the straps up to about 10' up on the trunks, and only then was I able to stay off the ground in my Roo.
I found it easier to attach and detach by using a Metolius Mini biner to clip the end to the strap, rather than running the strap through the end loop. No risking forgetting the strap behind. Just wave the strap until it's loose enough to slide down the tree, and unclip. Don't even need to unclip from the hammock, just itself.
These straps are the same price as the ENO Atlas straps, but are rated to hold 100lbs more, and are frankly better looking than the Atlas straps.
I am a huge fan of Kammok and their product line.
Never had a problem with slipping or stretching/drooping, and certainly never a failure or breakage.
Plus, they help prevent damage to tree bark!
They are not super light weight, so if you're counting your grams then you may want to stick to a strap utilizing the Marlin Spike Hitch.
I actually have my hammock installed in my bedroom using an ENO Indoor Hammock Hanging Kit.
These straps have made it simple to move the hammock from room to room, and allow me to easily adjust the strap lengths for different room widths and hanging kit placements.
I have not noticed any stretching in the straps and they come with a handy bag for storage. I have yet to use my hammock/straps outside, but I am completely confident that the straps would work just as well outdoors (on trees) as in.
