Perfect Easter Egg, Decent Spelling Egg

My purpose for purchasing the eggs was to use them for teaching my kindergartener how to blend sounds together. I wanted eggs that I could rotate to change the ending sounds and make new words. I am giving 4 stars only because in order to turn the eggs I can’t have them snapped all the way.

HOWEVER!! As an Easter egg, these are perfect! The hinge makes it so you are not looking for the other half. The snap is tight, so no worries about your egg popping open and spilling out all your insides. The eggs are not see through so no spoiling the surprise of what is inside. I had no issues snapping them together. (It’s just a little too tight for my purpose, but I still plan on using them for egg hunts) I had 5 colors (one for each vowel, so that was awesome!)

Don't use for Easter Egg Fireflies

These are great quality but word to the wise they are too small to fit batery opperated tea light candles in. I had purchased these to make easter egg fireflies as a craft for my church VBS and had to just keep them for Easter and go with plan B because the tea lights would not fit in them to make them light up.

These eggs are a pain in the butt! I purchased these eggs for an Easter Egg Hunt.
Each egg had to have an item placed inside it. Trying to close the eggs was a nightmare. They would not snap closed and it took forever to finally get them to snap together. We put them in a bag to distribute later. When I opened the bag, at least a third of them had unsnapped. Do not buy these eggs, unless you like to be frustrated!

These are unbeatable for the price. They were smaller than expected. I used them to make "dino eggs" for a birthday party by painting spots on them. They ended up being the perfect size to fit a single Dino Gummy. This worked out perfectly and the kids loved that they're eggs hatched a baby dinosaur. All of the eggs I received fit together just fine, though a couple were a little tough to put together and pull apart. One out of the whole batch broke while I was opening it. Would purchase again.

Eggs were 98% fine. Some had to be trimmed a bit to close them properly. Considering I used 502 and maybe had to trim 15-20 that's not bad. I did notice that they did not have holes (to prevent suffocation in small children). We collected the eggs right after from the children so that wasn't a concern for us but it maybe for families with very small children who may play with them and put them in their mouths. We used them for a July after dark Halloween egg hunt at our campground.
