I only gave this a star because it was required.
Well, the return window closed six days ago, so instead of getting my money back, I will write an honest review.
Do not buy this set of cheap glass bowls unless you intend on using them for decorative use only!
My son-in-law used one of the bowls as the upper bowl of a double boiler. The water in the bottom had not yet gotten to a simmer when the glass bowl cracked.
I will be discarding the set to keep my family safe.
