Shipping took 3 weeks. It will not fit a garden hose but will fit the top of a garden sprinkler. I had trouble with the threading but nothing that Teflon tape can't fix. Fine mist and good throw, I will use this to germinate grass.

AS is for sprinkler head use it's a 4 1/2 stars and screws right onto the head we have.
If your going to use it on a garden hose:
It needs an adapter like this "Gilmour 1/2-Inch Brass Double Female Swivel Hose Connector 5FPS7FH" to connect directly to a garden hose.
I have one head that the spray is a bit irregular - will try adjusting inserts to modify this later.
Does a great job for intended use.
Based on my usage to date would recommend.
I actually picked up a 2nd one to use for a sprinkler for the grand daughter - uses way less water for same amount of fun!
