The Oil That Creeps and Loosens Frozen Metal Parts.
A scientific principle reduces the surface tension so that this amazing solvent creeps into openings as small as one millionth of an inch. Kroil loosens frozen metal joints in minutes. Dissolves gum, dried grease, and oil -- without attacking the metal. Displaces water, provides lubrication and prevents rust.

anyway this is VERY IMPORTANT - before you put a hole in the cap - find the smallest needle you have and make a tiny hole in the top. this stuff is very thin and it pours out if the hole is too large. i had to put mine in a eye drop bottle (which works great there btw).
the oil does dissolve rubber, or whatever the plunger was made of in a syringe i was using. the oil itself works better than liquid wrench. i watched it surface up rust that was inside the pliers joint. now they all move freely. you have to wait for it to work though, 5-10 min soak time for nuts. but it worked well on the pliers.
I will say it does work very well on minor rust frozen things. It kinda works on medium rusted stuff but no better than other commonly found chemicals at your Walmart/ auto parts stores.
