This 52-page booklet reads like one long sales letter for Nithyananda's meditation classes.

The problem is your karma, and the proposed solution is - sign up for Nithyananda's meditation classes.

This book is part of Nithyananda's why series.
As such, the question is: Why do you have karma?
The answer is "Because your thoughts, words, and actions keep creating it."

What can you do to be free of karma? - Life from pure consciousness.

You won't find the answer to how to do that in this book, but you'll get the hint " as long as you think, you keep creating karma."

Again, you won't find any guidelines how to stop thinking, but if you turn to chapter "Hands on Technique to Live Beyond Karma", you'll find that the entire chapter is an advertisement for Nithyananda's Live Bliss Meditation classes. The ad says if you sign up to be initiated you will receive a mala (necklace), bracelet and a spiritual name by Nithyananda, and a meditation booklet personally signed by Nithyananda.

Format: Perfect Paperback
The word karma, which originates in the ancient Sanskrit language of India, became part of the global mainstream after the hippie movement of the 1960s. The most common definition for it is "consequences" the good or bad effects we attract by our own good or bad deeds.
In his book on 'Karma", South Indian mystic Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives a refreshing perpective. Drawing on the new scientific evidence that memories reside in our muscles rather than in the brain, and the theory that these memories can be transmitted genetically, he describes karma as the biological habits we inherit, or which are imprinted on us during emotionally intense life events.
Until we become aware of our patterns, we continue to repeat them. This is our karma; a repetitious wheel of automatic behaviors that limit our choices and herd us away from self-actualization.
Having described these circumstances, Paramahamsa delivers the truly good news that we can clear these bio-memories and free ourselves from karma. Read on to learn how!
