Our Kate Aspen Cake Topper Was Missing Letters When We Opened the Package!

This is more an issue of quality control by Kate Aspen than product quality. We received our cake topper with MISSING letters. The item wasn't broken in transit. The package was sealed with the cake topper intact, with two missing letters. Not sure how it made it out of the manufacturers facility like that, but it did. And its the one we got. Now we are anxiously awaiting the replacement which is due to arrive 2 days before our wedding. We'll just have to cross our fingers and hope lightning doesn't strike twice.

plastic cake topper, not shiny silver but a nice solid color. the edges aren't rounded like the picture seems to look like. I'll be painting mine gold so I didn't really care about the color, but if you want shiny silver you probably won't like this color. Writing looks the exact same and it's a perfect size. comes in a big box so I was worried but I loved the size.
