It would be perfect if it snapped shut, too. It has a middle zip enclosure, but if you put something of value in either side of the zip enclosure, it will be easily spilled out or stolen. This purse, at least, should have a magnetic snap to help secure one's belongings.

Super cute, got tons of compliments but the handles on both sides ripped off within about a month of owning it. Super disappointed with this bag. I love Kate Spade but this was a let down.
