Liz Garton Scanlon is the author of many children's picture books, including the Caldecott Honor Book All the World and Happy Birthday, Bunny, which Publishers Weekly called "as memorable and heartfelt as a birthday book gets."     Liz Garton Scanlon is the author of nearly 20 beloved picture books, including the Caldecott-honored and best-selling ALL THE WORLD, and her newest releases -- I WANT A BOAT! and THANK YOU, GARDEN. Her first novel for middle grade readers, THE GREAT GOOD SUMMER, came it in 2015. Her next novel, LOLO'S LIGHT, will launch in 2022. Scanlon is on the faculty of the Vermont College of Fine Arts and is a frequent and popular presenter at schools, festivals and conferences. She lives in Austin, Texas.
