Editorial Reviews
Review
"Now in its eighth edition, this is a good, single-volume book for psychiatrists who need to improve their familiarity with neurological diseases. It is justifiably a classic for review for neurological material on the boards." Reviewed by Eric Gausche, MD (Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine)

- Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2018A great book. I had a previous edition that I read a few times and it fells apart. I bought the updated version. Worth the money. It also includes a code you can use to read the text on-line, which means you don't have to lug the book around with you.

Good for novice learner and important in helping to generate alternate differentials.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2017I used this book to study for the psychiatry board exams. It is thorough and concise. The questions and answers will prepare you very well and probably even more than you'll need for the exams, but better to be over prepared than under. All you need is this book and the one from John Kenny, about 6 weeks devoted to studying, and you'll be good to go. Many of the questions are word for word like those on the real exam.
