This product is identical to that being sold by Amazon under the name "19.2v Battery Charger" so the problems that are well-documented in the reviews of that product are the same for this one. Like others, the battery charger that originally came with my Kawasaki cordless drill was subject to a recall and the replacement charger that I received was not well-made and did not work long. So I decided to try my luck with this product on Amazon and was duly disappointed. I successfully charged a battery one time. After that the charger would not work. The charging light comes on for about three seconds before it goes off so the battery never is charged. Seems a shame to dispose of the drill but without a charged battery it is useless.

I have a set of Kawasaki tools, but none of them are usable, because the battery charger won't charge.I ordered a new charger from Amazon, but it doesn't work too. I end up having to ask for replacement, in the hope that all my tools will be usable. I cross my finger, otherwise they will end up in the trash can. So much for this bad product, I'll stay away from Alltrade products.

I bought this charger and it only worked a few times and now I have a drill without a charger. I bought the universal charger and that only lasted one time. I don't know what to do.

I have some battery packs from a manufacturer who no longer supplies chargers, and all my chargers died before the battery packs did, so I bought this as a stand in. I'm still using & recharging them, so I have to say I like this charger.
