I just received the second one. Now for my 1yo. I tried looking for a used one with no luck. Ended up having to buy one (got a discount on black friday)
I think my daughter is going to love it. She tries to climb on her bros chair all the time.
Have to mention in my case it is more versatile becasue i already have the infant insert, cushion seat and back cushion that i punched separately for my 1st chair since it came with nothing.
It's easy to assemble. I saw people complaining about being hard. It's not. It's strait forward not that many pieces.
Cons: the parts and accessories are expensive and mainly found on their website. Also it's heavy so not very mobile.
Pic of the new assembled and of my old that has been with us 3.5y, plus how ever long the other fam had it. It's still holding up perfectly.
UPDATE: on this new chair I bought I noticed it is missing a slot for adjusting the seat. I don't know if it a new design or if it is an error in the product I received. if I place the seat on the highest slot the tray sits too low and there is barely any space for my chunky girl's legs. and there is not much support for a younger baby.
I lowered the seat to the next slot, (which would be 2 in the old design) which is fine for my daughter. but would be too low for a smaller kid.
If this is a new design I can see were it is a problem. I'm trying to check with Amazon since this is sold through them.
Pro: Looks much nicer than the average plastic high chair.
Solid, stable, and well built.
Con: The seat is only a few inches from the tray and can't be adjusted if you want to use the tray, making it incredibly difficult to slide kids in and out of the seat. If you try, and you will, every once in a while the kids legs don't go in smooth, the kid screams, etc. I suppose you could take the tray completely out and hold the child in while you clip them in, but if you're already holding the child that's really inconvenient. This makes the age range for using the tray very limited. One of those design flaws where you wonder how this ever made it out of the first testing session.
You have to practically take the whole thing apart to remove the middle strap to clean it, which takes about 3 days to get really nasty. Never understand baby products that make cleaning fabric parts difficult or impossible.
A product of it being sturdy and stable, but its pretty heavy to move around. And prepare to break your toes on it when you stub your toes on it every few days.
Overall, I suppose a good idea (although we never used this chair after high chair age for any of our kids) but they either need to allow more room between the seat and tray or make the seat be adjustable from the tray in height. I think there's a option with a 'infant insert' that might allow more room. And make all fabric parts easily removable to clean.
The chair is not as adjustable as I had anticipated either. The position for the tray is fixed and there is only one possible setting for high chair mode. The next lowest setting for the seat would be much too low for an infant. The first setting means the tray is almost on my son's lap and he is only 6 months. I'm not sure that his legs will fit underneath the tray for long.
I would not buy this chair nor recommend.
Update: I downgraded my original rating of 2 stars down to 1, because on top of all the above mentioned reasons to dislike this chair, my son gets his fingers pinched between the particleboard tray and the plastic tray.

The instructions for the chair was sparse compared to the instructions booklet. It has Ikea-style instructions but felt a little skimpy on details but it's easy to figure out where everything goes. It is preferred to have another set of hands to put it together - it was awkward to put together the cross-pieces. Comes with allen key (only tool needed). Heed the multiple points in the manual of not tightening down the bolts until you have the footrest and seat adjusted to the height you want. The sides effectively "sandwich" them together in place and cannot be adjusted without loosening the bolts.
Some minor quips,
- The threads on the bolts that attach to one of the metal backer rods are visible and cannot be tightened further due to the "sandwich" design on the footrest and seat. With the footrest removed, I can tighten them down all the way.
- The tabletop locking mechanism does not "click" when sliding the tabletop into place. Have to double check to make sure it doesn't slide and have the locking tabs in place.
- Highest seating position seems too high with the table in place.
- Best to periodically check the tightness on the bolts.
The natural finish is really nice. No uneven spots and sanded and finished nicely. Great, sturdy design and sits level. Tabletop comes with plastic cover for easy cleaning. Not too thick, not too thin. Requires some maneuvering to latch/remove but not the biggest deal once you have a system down. Though it does not fold it has a relatively small footprint and we haven't had any issues moving it from room to room, through doors, going up/down the stairs. Minimal areas where food will get trapped.
This is a no-frills highchair at a premium price. No fancy features but age versatile. We wanted something where our little one will eventually be able to climb in and out of by herself without fear of the highchair giving way. The Keekaroo won't be for everyone but we love ours. Makes for a great hand me down.
Our original chair had two pieces (the seat plates) that were stained a very different color (almost orange) than the rest of the chair which is a really nice natural color so I called Keekaroo in NY and they quickly sent out replacement pieces that match much better. So very satisfied with the customer service from Keekaroo.
We also own a peanut changer from them that we have been very happy with. It was great for sponge baths when our son was very small and he still loves getting his diaper changed on it. The bonus is it is very easy to wipe down when needed and there are no fabric covers etc that require washing.
