Like another reviewer, I bought these to replace a pair of Keen Portland Boots that finally wore out. Keen makes great reliable shoes and my last pair almost lasted me a year. I walk on concrete at work for 40+ hours a week, I weigh about 250 lbs and I wear a size 15. I am by no means easy on my boots and I often use them as pallet jacks to rotate and lift pallets at work and Keens have always held up to the stress. I have only had these shoes for a couple days and I love some of the improvements they made from the Portlands. My previous pairs all had problems with the laces braking because of the odd shape of the eyelets going up the shoes. Keen seems to have fixed that by putting better grommets in the shoes for the laces and rounding out the hooks. I will update this post once these shoes have a few months on them but so far they are great. Keep it up Keen!

After 6 months the outer layer of the sole is wearing through to the spongey interior in a number of places. This allows water to seep through. They are exceptionally comfortable boots, but for the price I hoped they wouldn't wear as quickly. I just replaced the insole and they're truly the most comfortable work boot I've ever owned. Will need a new pair before next winter though.

4 plus years on them with occasional use so nearly no wear, time will tell. Mainly used on grass, sand and around tree limbs. Used outdoors in dry and wet with no issues. I love them. So far so good. If and rubber splits away, I would shoe goo them. I plan on getting 10 years out of them. Just occasional use though. I wore them heavier when brand new.

Made in America, very comfortable, have held up for a year and half of 12 hr. Shifts. Sole started wearing out for me so I ordered a new pair. Sticking with Keen going forward. My Mt. Vernons have been up to task, from walking on asphalt, gravel, and gratings. They have been soaked in diesel fuel and oil with no issues and have held up to the abuse I've thrown at them. I've worn Red wings, Dr. Martens, and Tanners and by far the Keens are my favorite.

Keen are our family's go-to brand for boots for work (farm, carpentry), for hiking, and for leisure shoes and sandals also good for water conditions. Great fit, superior quality, last long, and comfortable!

If you want to spent $200 on a pair of boots, then after 6 months have the soles split in half on both boots, buy these boots. I bet you will be just as displeased as I am. It's pretty sad to say that these are made in the USA.
