Having just completed a Masters in Law majoring in Alternative Dispute Resolution, I was very pleased by the quality of this text - it gives clear, coherent and practical advice for mediating disputes between children and assisting them to negotiate their own disputes. I shall definitely be returning to this book many times, both for my own children and professionally!
