I purchased the newer Kelly Moore bag directly from her on-line shop but felt I owed it to people to do a review on Amazon. The bag I purchased was NOTHING like what I would expect. It was pleather, cheap looking and made in China. It was much smaller than I had anticipated as well. Meaning the pockets and function of the pockets were a lot smaller and harder to use than I would have thought. My camera body with portrait lense did not fit like it showed it would in Kelly's videos. The straps kept slipping off of my shoulders. The material also had a small hole in it upon arrival. When we contacted customer service we had to practically beg for a refund as they wanted to just replace the bag rather than comply with a refund. Not worth a penny of my money or the time it took us to get our refund.

I would not recommend this product.

Very frustrated with this bag. Love the color and the bag when I originally got it. However, I have only had it for 6 months and used it a hand full of times (limited use) and now the stitching on the long handle is coming undone on one side (so will break soon and be unusable). I paid a lot for this bag and would expect much better quality from this company. Very Frustrated.

I'm very surprised by all the good reviews for this bag! I found the material to be just like very thick, stiff plastic, which made it cumbersome and very heavy. The crossbody strap is made from the same material so it's also stiff and didn't lay flat on my chest. Worst of all though was the whole velcro/divider system inside the bag. It's difficult to move the inserts around because the velcro is ridiculously strong and hard to pull apart.

In fairness, I didn't purchase this to use a a camera bag (I'm a college professor and schlep around papers and a laptop), so despite what the Kelly Moore site says about all the ways this bag can be used, it didn't work for me at all.

I have many, many camera bags that look like camera bags. I was looking for a camera bag that looks like a purse so I could use it as my "personal" carry on item for an upcoming trip and go unnoticed. The Libby bag fits the bill. It is stylish and does indeed fit a 17" Macbook Pro, my full frame camera, assorted lenses including the 70-200 (on or off the camera), my iPad in the back pocket and my iPhone in the side pocket. I have only three complaints. First: The front zippered pockets are a wee-bit small. I am medium boned and have medium sized hands. I cannot fit my hand into the pocket without scratching it on the zipper. Quite painful. The fact that this is man-made material instead of leather probably exacerbates this problem a bit. Second: I wish the bag came with a CD card holder or credit card holder sewn flush into the front or back pocket. As it is I went out to the local fabric store, purchased one and sewed it in myself. Third: The extra pocket dividers cannot be velcroed to the existing dividers to sub-divide each pocket. You can place them between the existing sub-dividers to protect your gear but they don't adhere. Other than the foregoing I would have given the Libby bag a resounding five stars. And despite the foregoing I would still recommend it - especially to those who have small or narrow hands.

I bought this bag for a trip I was taking overseas and needed both my computer and my camera to go with me. It worked perfectly! It is a big bag so I would not use it for every day shooting but for travel it was exactly what I needed. I did a little shooting with it while I was traveling and it was okay. I just threw it over my shoulder messenger style and it worked well but it is a big bag so it was a little cumbersome. Be warned that when it is full with computer and camera, the bag is VERY heavy so keep that in mind as you travel. I packed this bag as full as possible which included a change of clothes, as my travel on bag. It was heavy but it was nice to have everything with me that I needed. I gave it a 4 star because I didn't love the two small zippers on the front. I put items in there that I need and found it hard to get them out, even when the bag wasn't full. I think anything other than the zipper might have made it easier to get items in/out of those pockets. Other than that I had no complaints about the bag.

I was thinking about getting either this or the Epiphanie Clover bag. I went with this one because I didn't think the other would hold my computer with its case on it. I'm glad I chose the Libby because with the case on, it was snug getting it into the Libby. I don't think it would have fit well in the Clover and I have an 15" Macbook Pro. The extra couple inches of the external case made a difference I think. If you're thinking of getting the Libby just do it; you won't be sorry :)

The straps on this bag came apart and the bag dropped while it was full of gear - this happened during the 2nd time I had ever carried it and it wasn't even completely full. Thank goodness the top was zipped or I would have likely had some major gear damage. I can say it has good padding! Adorama was difficult to work with on the exchange. I would purchase the bag again, but only directly from the KM website.
