Be aware of the added Function key (Fn) between the CTRL and ALT keys, next to the windows key. If you're not accustomed to this type of keyboard layout and do a lot of copy/pasting, then you may find yourself WIN+C instead of CTRL+C as a product of muscle memory, or vice versa.
You should also know that there is no good way to take apart this keyboard for cleaning. You can remove the rubber stoppers on the back and behind the legs to remove the back half of the frame, but the front piece is firmly affixed to the metal frame. This means cleaning has to take place from the front, which is both a PIA and somewhat risky due to the delicate nature of the chiclet keys. For those who do want to try their hand at disassembly, know that there is no screw behind the foil sticker on back center.
My advice for cleaning is pick up the OXO Good Grips Electronics Cleaning Brush as a less-than-$5 add-on item and do the following in this order:
1) With your system off or keyboard unplugged, use the crevice tool end to clean debris off the keycaps' stepped edge.
2) Hold 3 or 4 keys down with one hand and use the brush end of the tool to loosen debris under the edge of the keys above. Example: hold down ASDF to very gently brush away debris under the lower end of QWER.
3) Flip the keyboard upside down and tap the back a few times. Don't lay the keyboard down on its keys - keep it raised off of your typing surface.
4) Turn the keyboard back over and blow out all loose debris with canned air.
Do this every week or so instead of waiting until they keyboard gets gummed up and it will work well for years.
** Update May 2017 **
My first keyboard failed shortly after I got it and was replaced at no cost under Kensington's warranty. It was a dud; it happens sometimes. But the replacement keyboard has been running strong for nearly 3 years now. This is my office keyboard and I work in IT, so I code and type emails on this thing for ~8 hours every weekday. I wish Kensington made a TKL (ten keyless) and/or wireless version.
My biggest issue with this keyboard is the quality. After using this keyboard daily at work for about 9 months the backspace key has begun to squeak loudly. Its very obnoxious and ruins what would otherwise be a 5 star keyboard. However the typing performance for the price has led me to order another one for use at home. If that one stands up better over time I'll add stars to this review.

I put only 3 stars because whoever designed the layer probably doesn't write code nor use keyboard shortcuts.
On the left side of the space-bar, the 'fn' key is placed where the Win/Super key should be. That means the control key is too short and win and alt keys are too far to the right. Keyboard shortcuts based on win or left-alt are more difficult to do.
On the 'navgigation pad' (between letters and numbers), the keys are not in the standard place. I'm not sure why they needed to gain 2 centimeters.
Limitations- there is no £ sign (I’m in the UK) though the 3/# creates a £. In compensation the \ key becomes # using UK English mode, I’ve needed \ more than I’ve needed # so far, so a bit inconvenient, but probably my own fault for not checking the pictures carefully enough.
I’m getting used to the smaller “enter” button, but hitting the key above a lot at the moment!
(Update) Be very careful to not wet this product or it will mess the keys until it is fully dry. I clean it everyday and last time i used a little too much cleaning product. So made 2 keys spamming nonstop. So just be mindful most keyboards don't mind getting a little wet but not this one. Great product nonetheless. 100%
Updated: I had to return the first keyboard of this model because the "2" and "e" keys would skip registering randomly when typed. I had to press those two keys in order to make sure they register properly. I ended up returning the first one and receive a replacement keyboard. The replacement keyboard have problems, too. This time, the volume buttons would not respond when pressed lightly. They also needed to be pressed hard in order to register. Strangely, the smoother rubber domes of this keyboard tire my fingers less. Typing on the second keyboard is much better than the first one, and this shows that quality control from Kensington is not consistent.
