HID lights flickering? "Bulb Out" error won't disappear from your dashboard?
Flickering (Strobe Effect): Flickering is caused by the car’s computer detecting a lower current than the car's original factory-installed halogen lights. This causes the computer to turn off the light and retry again, giving the flickering or strobe effect. The optimal capacitance in the warning canceller fixes this issue and restores stability to the headlight beams.
“Bulb Out” Error: Many cars have an indicator light to warn if one of the headlights has burnt out. Since HID conversion kits run on a lower current than normal halogen bulbs, your car’s computer thinks that the headlight has burnt out. This will give you a "Bulb Out" or “Bulb Failure” error light in your dash. The warning canceller fixes this issue and removes all warning lights.
Simple Installation: The warning canceller is to be connected between the stock harness and the HID ballast.
Which Vehicles Need This?
Generally, German made cars such as Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi.
Other makes also may benefit from this
product, such as Jeep, Chevrolet, Volvo.
My Lights Are Still Flickering!
Sometimes, a relay with resistors may be necessary instead of the warning cancellers.
Some vehicles have reverse polarity. If your vehicle has reverse polarity, rotate the warning canceller input by 180 degrees in order to prevent damage to the cancellers.
However, by doing this, the connectors will not latch together this way around. You can use the electrical tape to secure the connection.

Now I don't have to turn the lights on first, let them warm up then start the car to prevent them from flickering or for a light to not come on at all if I start the car first, Now I can turn the lights on after the car has started with no problems, peace of mind and an easy fix, thank you.

I previously posted a negative review for this product which I wish to retract. I thought I had Kensun ballasts but rather had Innovated ballasts. I have the ballasts and bulbs (Innovited product) installed on my BMW S1000RR and am continually losing one ballast at a time. I purchased these anti-flicker devices to solve the issue, but these don't seem to work - not because they are not effective, it just doesn't solve my issue. I believe the issue is simply poor quality ballasts from Innovited.
If you have issues with your ballasts, you may want to get another brand rather than buying these, as my experience shows that some ballasts are just not good quality.
PS, Kensun customer service appears to be very good - on point, responsive, and helpful. I don't run their product but the next time I buy HIDs, I will consider their product.
So if you're having problems, install one of these, a relay, and your ballasts. It'll work perfect.
UPDATE! UPDATE!! (4/20/2016)
After contacting customer service and receiving a replacement for the defective canceler, I decided to bump-up the rating to 4 starts. I wish I could give them 5 stars but I still have to battle with one canceler after two weeks of use. Sometimes the 'good' canceler from the original shipment does not work. Flickering did went away so I'm satisfied with that. The only reason why they get 4 starts, again, is because the 'good' canceler fails to start sometimes, while the replacement starts right away. If the problem persists, I will have to get in touch with customer service again.
