The tub arrived in good shape, no dents or evidence of damage. I was still using another dried dairy product which I liked a lot so I did not start to use it immediately, as I had planned on use being more-or-less emergency-based.
PROS: Good quality product, with only the removal of fat. Pretty good taste, unlike dried milk products I recall from my childhood and beyond which had to be blended with real milk to even be tolerated.
CONS: Steep learning curve to obtain actually drinkable form. I had intended this as an additional protein in my coffee, so I put the powder into my hot coffee - and it immediately clumped, providing lumps, which were not dissolvible no matter how long I stirred or mashed. I tried hot water. Same result. I tried cold water. Better, but not with any speed. What finally made the difference was using warm-to-the-touch water, gently agitating, and waiting for hours. I have found that in order to have milk in an acceptable liquid form for morning coffee - start the previous evening. Warm - not hot, not cold - water, place the appropriate amount of dried milk powder in the container on top of the warm water, agitate gently to start the dissolving process, cover, go to bed, and when you arise the next morning, voila! Liquid milk which can then be put in your coffee, with the remainder going in the refrigerator. With Patience, it WILL Dissolve!

- 2 1/4 cups warm water

Bucket dented on every side!
Bucket was all dented in the sides. Every side actually. That's why only two Stars. It might have broke the seal. Milk powder was on the bucket and some in the box. Not Good. Definitely over priced now, was $30 dollars for a 2 Gallon bucket now it's $69.99.
