I am 51 and going through menopause…I discovered Molly as a nutritionist to solve the issues of menopause. She introduced me to this Keto After 50 to understand that my eating habits need to change. At first, I was oh okay…so I cannot eat my sugar at 4p? She responded with "you will not crave the sugar at 4p”…lol I got the book and started to read…she makes understanding Keto very easy. I suggest reading the book then go through the recipes and then just go for it. I am just finishing week 1 and very much enjoying her recipes and tips. My cravings reduced by 95%, no kidding. I felt full until my next meal. My energy increased. The weight loss is slow for me, so I know I must work out more doing strength training as suggested my Molly. Woman going through menopause experience weight gain. Heading to week 2 of meal plans and can’t wait to see what’s in store for me to eat. I love food and reading this book has introduced so many new varieties of meals and I love it. Enjoy!
