What follows is just my own humble opinion.
The Short: It's good, but still needs to be better. A little bit better than Hershey sugar-free syrup.
The Long: It uses soluble corn fiber as a thickener and to offset the sugars, which is both kind of a cheat and also not as good a thickener as, say, xanthan gum. It's mouth feel is watery, but honestly that does not matter much for me because it's going into milk not on ice cream. I found the flavor to be a bit weak compared to real syrups, and even the somewhat hated Hershey Sugar-Free Syrup actually has a more chocolatey flavor. It's sweetness is relatively mild, but honestly it might be me - monk-fruit just doesn't seem to taste sweet to me and its one of the main sweeteners in this syrup.
For comparison the Hershey Sugar-Free Syrup is also watery and sweeter due to the Sucralose used, but has a (IMHO) better chocolate.
The sugar-free Nestles Powder has a better chocolate flavor that either of the syrups above, but suffers from the inevitable mixing issues if you don's use a milk-foamer, mixer, or other power stirring system. And no matter how hard it tries it's just not Quik (or Nesquik).
The last one I used for comparisons is the Torani sugar-free chocolate syrup is VERY watery and doesn't work for chocolate milk - but I did try it. It does get a more sharper or distinct taste than any of the above but It's really intended for coffee. You making chocolate ice-milk with it, really.
NONE of these syrups or powders mix well in the milk substitutes I tried, such as almond milk (which I find meh), soy milk (which I hate - tastes like dust to me), and cashew milk (my preferred). I have found a 50-50 blend of real milk and cashew can work. This helps keeps the sugar's in milk down.
Now what is my gold standard for chocolate syrups, the "10" I judge chocolate syrups against? That is Torani Dark Chocolate Syrup. It's not sugar free (64g per 2 tbsp.) but is has the best flavor and the ONLY one that uses both the cocoa solids AND the chocolate liquor (the liquid part of chocolate, not an alcoholic drink). It makes a difference - your getting ALL of the chocolate flavor. And by being a darker chocolate you are not adding a milk chocolate to milk.
For the numerates reading this:
Keto Chocolate Syrup by Enlightened: 8
Hershey Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup: 7
Sugar-Free NesQuik Powder: 6
Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup: 4 (but maybe 7 for mochas)
and of course:
Torani Dark Chocolate Syrup (NOT sugar free): 10
Yes indeed there is a HUGE difference. First, the syrup pours just a bit thicker than milk. Didn't expect that. Ate it atop my Keto ice cream and I do not like the flavor. It isn't unctuous like ChocZero. I experienced an aftertaste.
Maybe this stuff would be better as a topping for ice cream or something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
