I've been following Leanne Vogel for about a year and purchased a few of her ebooks (which are amazing!) and her weekly meal plans (again, so helpful). The Keto Diet is the icing on the cake. More than a recipe book, this huge (seriously, it's HEAVY!) book is an encyclopedia of the right way (in my opinion) to do keto. It's not about just eating bacon, cheese and Swerve.
Leanne uses natural foods, tons of vegetables and really promotes sustainable and humane animal products. The most interesting and surprising thing is how she explains that carbs are NECESSARY for long-term health. And she shows you HOW to do it so that you can stay "fat-adapted".

I am ecstatic about The Keto Diet book! The recipes look fabulous, everything is calculated for me, there are weekly mean plans so I can use my brain power elsewhere, and IT IS FLEXIBLE! That is the biggest thing for me! It's flexible! I can eat great meals, not chart everything, have a few extra carbs or fast a bit if I want, and still keep my labwork in line and feel great. I feel a weight lifted off my back just thinking about the possibility of living a flexible keto life while still eating good food and being healthy. So much stress is lifted!
