I like this book most of all. It's on my kitchen table every day. I'm happy that I needn't cook so often. I can follow the keto diet in such a simple way. I buy food for a week, next day I cook for a week. My family helps me, so we should cook a lot for all of us. But this book helps me to do it with no stress. The recipes are really delicious! Don't find an excuse, buy the Meal Prep Cookbook and cook ahead with no-fuss!

Well written cookbook with pictures and nutritional information. At the beginning we met chapters about meal prep cooking, then the chapters about the keto diet. The central part includes a great variety of keto recipes, which I can keep in containers in a fridge for a week and microwave at will. The recipes are easy-to-follow and contain common ingredients. The keto diet needs more fats, and I add fat bombs as a snack (Fat Bomb Cookbook by Jennifer Tate). Useful cookbook for busy moms!

I love the ketogenic diet because it does not exclude my favorite dishes; it consists of affordable products, and it is really effective.
 But consistency is key to following this diet - breakdowns can destroy the long work for your health. So I've developed simple recipes for keto meal prepI eat them myself, feed them to my family, and include them in the meal plans for my clients.
