One big issue I had with it, though, is that the author reveals towards the end of the book that she herself had only been on the diet for 4-5 weeks when she wrote it, so it's not exactly an expert's opinion. Many times she talks about how easy something is (like finding variety in the diet) and I would venture to say that she doesn't really have the cred to back herself up. So this book is basically a quick intro to ketogenic diets for athletes that is written by a newbie. But it's fine if that's what you're looking for.
I wish it had gone more indepth about certain things, but it had some other things in it that I hadn't even thought about that I found super helpful - especially the MAF process!!
